Major drug bust in Lonehill

Douglasdale police recover 11 mixing machines, a scale, plastic sealing machine and drugs from a 32-year-old man in Lonehill.

 

A man was recently arrested by Douglasdale police officers at his house in Lonehill for dealing in drugs.

According to the head of communications at Douglasdale Police Station, Captain Mpho Kgasoane, the police received an anonymous tip-off and proceeded to the scene.

Kgasoane added that 11 mixing machines, a scale, plastic sealing machine and drugs were recovered from the suspect.

“The 32-year-old suspect is due to appear in Randburg Magistrates’ Court for dealing in drugs,” Kgasoane said.
